Smokey Robinson – Just Another Kiss Lyrics

Ooh-ooh-ooh…
Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh…

A quarter after midnight, it’s cool and sweet
A little bit of moonlight lying at my feet
We’re slow dancing ‘cross the living room floor
To a song I’ve heard a thousand times before
Must be the needle in the groove
Not my heartbeat that skipped
‘Cause I’m no stranger to the touch of a woman’s lips

Oh, it’s just another kiss
Just another kiss, that’s all it is
I tell myself I can take or leave it
I can’t quit
It’s just another kiss
Just another kiss
I swear it’s something I won’t miss
But my heart just won’t buy it
Oh, no, no, no, no, oh…
(Just another kiss)

I don’t wanna linger on the fact
Ooh, but I can feel your fingers
Traveling down my back
And it’s the right time for my usual line
But it all falls apart
When you turn your face to mine
Must be the touch of the night making my head spin
‘Cause when I go anywhere, I haven’t already been

Oh, it’s just another kiss
Just another kiss, that’s all it is
I tell myself I can take or leave it
I can’t quit
It’s just another kiss
Just another kiss
I swear it’s something I won’t miss
But my heart just won’t buy it
Oh, no

Now I can’t remember my next move
Could it be you get to me
Uh, well, it’s something we can only prove
With just another kiss
Just another kiss

Oh, it’s just another kiss
Just another kiss, that’s all it is
I tell myself I can take or leave it
I can’t quit
It’s just another kiss, yeah
Just another kiss
I swear it’s something I won’t miss
But my heart just won’t buy it
Oh, no

(Just another kiss, just another kiss)
I tell myself I can take or leave it
I can’t quit
It’s just another kiss
Just another kiss
It’s something I won’t miss
But my heart just won’t buy it, oh…
Oh, no…

Just another kiss
Ooh, I keep telling myself, yeah…

Chris Crocker – Love Back Lyrics

He still loves his ex and
I’ve never been good with rejection
I tried to make him love me
But I don’t wanna be
Just the next best thing
So I had to see

When you give your all to someone
Who don’t want you
You’re being willingly
Willingly, willingly a fool
When you give your all to someone
Who loves their last
Well, you can’t expect to get that love back
No, you can’t expect to get that love back

We were more than friends but

He’s never been good with confessions
He tried not to hurt me
But I don’t wanna be
Just the next best thing
So I set him free

When you give your all to someone
Who don’t want you
You’re being willingly
Willingly, willingly a fool
When you give your all to someone
Who loves their last
Well, you can’t expect to get that love back
No, you can’t expect to get that love back
[x2]

Smokey Robinson – Unless You Do It Again Lyrics

I’ve been letting you love my hopes up high
You’ve been letting me down and I’ve had enough
I won’t keep letting you tell me lover’s lies
It’s for sure, I’m nevermore
Falling for your stuff

Unless you do it again, uh-huh
Unless you do it again, uh-huh
I swear, I won’t give in
I won’t give in, I won’t give in
Unless you do it again, baby

I can’t seem to keep away like I should
You can’t seem to keep your feelings straight
I won’t keep letting love make me feel so good
To let you use me like you choose
I just refuse to tolerate

Unless you do it again, ooh-wee, baby
Unless you do it again, oh-oh…
I swear, I won’t give in
I won’t give in, I won’t give in
Unless you do it again
And again and again and again and again

Unless you do it again, oh, yeah
Unless you do it again, ooh, baby

I swear, I won’t give in, I won’t give in
Unless you do it again, baby

Every time I take you back
You walk away and I tell myself
I knew it, yeah
Yet every time you come around
And say you’re gonna love me
I say, do it, do it
I do it, do it, do it, baby
Do it baby, do it, baby
Do it baby, do it, baby
Do it

Well, I won’t be your revolver door
You can’t love and leave me anymore

Unless you do it again, ooh-wee, baby
Unless you do it again, do it
Unless you do it again
You can’t love me then break free
Unless you do it again, no, baby

Unless you do it again
You’re not being straight, I won’t tolerate
Unless you do it again, oh…
I swear, I won’t give in
I won’t give in, I won’t give in
Unless you do it again

Junior Cally – Amore Di Mezzo Lyrics

[Testo di “Amore di mezzo”]

[Strofa 1]
Non ti ho amata da morire
Ti ho amata da suicidarmi
Ti ho cercata tra le spine
Ti ho cercata dentro agli altri

[Ritornello]
Ti cambi in macchina
Che sbatti dai
Perché non ti vesti di me?
Come fossi in camera, tu esagera
Che brilla tutto su di te
Non imparo mai, ti giuro mai
A stare calmo quanto basta
A tenermi le mani in tasca
Mi togli tutto come nessun’altra, ehi

[Strofa 2]

[Ritornello]
Ti cambi in macchina
Che sbatti dai
Perché non ti vesti di me?
Come fossi in camera, tu esagera
Che brilla tutto su di te
Non imparo mai, ti giuro mai
A stare calmo quanto basta
A tenermi le mani in tasca
Mi togli tutto come nessun’altra, ehi

[Bridge]
Salta su, prendi fiato e non aver paura
Coi capelli mossi e quegli occhi blu
Mi ricordi il mare di Fuerteventura, ah
Fai ciò che vuoi, quando balli sola mezza nuda
Riesci a spegnere pure la luna
Ma giura che

[Ritornello]
Ti cambi in macchina
Che sbatti dai
Perché non ti vesti di me?
Come fossi in camera, tu esagera
Che brilla tutto su di te
Non imparo mai, ti giuro mai
A stare calmo quanto basta
A tenermi le mani in tasca
Mi togli tutto come nessun’altra, ehi

Chris Crocker – Did You Ever Love Me Lyrics

We’re playing a mind game with our hearts
Trying to act so strong when we’re lost
Feeling the same but acting so cold
I wanna call out your name
But you won’t respond

I’m feeling pathetic
I’m feeling dramatic
But you want detachment

Did you ever love me
And if you did
How was it so easy
For you to sleep
In the same bed where we did
Did you ever love me
And if you did
How was it so easy
For you to forget
For you to forget
Did you ever love me

I’m replaying all the days in your arms
For the first time I felt I belonged
Lying in the grass, watching stars
We were so close and now we’re so far

I’m feeling pathetic
I’m feeling dramatic
But you want detachment

Did you ever love me
And if you did
How was it so easy
For you to sleep
In the same bed where we did
Did you ever love me
And if you did
How was it so easy
For you to forget
For you to forget
Did you ever love me

I lie awake and think
And then I break
I lie awake
And lie to myself

Did you ever love me
And if you did
How was it so easy
For you to sleep
In the same bed where we did
Did you ever love me
And if you did
How was it so easy
For you to forget
For you to forget
Did you ever love me

Dexta Daps Remembers Shabba Ranks’ Mother ‘Mama Christie’ As “A music Mother”

Dexta Daps remembers Shabba Ranks’ late mother “Mama Christie” as “A music Mother, A Community Mother.”

The dancehall singjay is paying homage to Shabba Ranks’ mother, Constance Christie, also affectionately known as Mama Christie, who passed away recently. The 81-year-old mother of Shabba Ranks is well known in the Seaview Garden community as the mother of all the children for her charity and benevolence towards the less fortunate.

So beloved she was that Dancehall Artiste Dexta Daps is publicly mourning her loss as he reacted in shock at her passing. Dexta had paid tribute to the elder Seaview Garden stalwart for being kind and loving in his 2016 song “Shabba Mada Pot”, which she also appeared in as she stirred a pot of her famous soup.

On Wednesday, Daps, whose real name is Louis Anthony Grandison Jr., penned a loving tribute to Mama Christie, who he says showed him kindness from the time he was a child. “U r a blessing to this earth…. A music mother. A community mother, and the mother of royalty Shabba Ranks. She was 1 of my 1st inspirations… As a yute growing up, ppl from my community including myself, got to witness a different kind of courtesy…Mama C TEK CARE A YUH N NUH KNOW YUH PARENT…I used to sneak to her house for a hot cup of soup even tho Mum P [his mother] didn’t like me taking things from any1…..Being part of the less fortunate, I didn’t know what owning a toy was like till she handed me a “draw back car” smh…”

Daps also reminisced on his relationship with Mama Christie, who treated him like her son. “Years after this she still calls me to her home just to share encouraging words and pray for me…”

He also disclosed that when he approached Mama Christie to appear in his 2016 video that sings about her famous pot, she didn’t give him an answer until after she had prayed to ensure it aligned with her Christian values. “She was a full blown Christian…when I asked her to be in my video, she said she would ask God b4 I could get an answer…She told me it was her 1st ever music video and she doesn’t normally do things like that but this is special.”

He added that her loss has deeply affected him. “I still can’t imagine not seeing her n squeezing her n laughing n reasoning…Still can’t find it to say I miss u cause I still can’t imagine u gone.”

Tributes have been pouring in for Mama Christie. Among those remembering her includes Jamaica’s Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, Olivia Grange, who was also once the manager for Shabba Ranks in her private, professional capacity.

“Shabba would talk about ‘Mama Christie’ at every opportunity he got. She was a beautiful soul who supported her son in all his endeavours. She was his biggest cheerleader. In fact, it was Shabba’s public display of love and affection that led to so many younger artistes singing about their mothers.”

K Michelle Addresses Embarrassing Video Of Her Implant “Bursting” While Dancing

K. Michelle has stepped forward to address an embarrassing video of herself being circulated on social media.

The R&B singer/reality star has been quite vocal about her journey to remove butt implants she got a few years ago. Many fans remember that after some time, the singer started to look unappealing due to the large implants that no longer suited her body. Those same fans were triumphant upon hearing her decision to take them out and pleaded that she does not undergo surgery again.

Yesterday, fans were shocked when during an Instagram live session, it appeared that K. Michelle’s butt implant had exploded. The video quickly went viral as many persons began to circulate it.

Dancing to Cardi B’s “Up” in a black dress, it quickly becomes apparent something has gone awry when K. Michelle starts to twerk, although she continued dancing and switched sides to deflect attention from her rear end. She then hastily ended the video. Fans had, however, already noticed the mishap, and viewers were quick to point out what they had seen as it appears that her butt completely deflated.

Therefore, it’s no surprise that the wrath of social media followers were unleashed after this video went viral, as many criticized the reality star.

This morning she took to social media to address the video. In response, K.Michelle tweeted, “So the video of me dancing is sad that I even have 2explain. I walked y’all through how difficult this process of removing silicone from my body for 3YEARS/16 surgeries Did we not forget I almost died due 2this?????? Now i’m in the process of 3 reconstruction steps.”

What u saw in the video was a happy woman with a faja and my extra fat! I’ve been very open so I can heal ladies. I didn’t have to tell anybody and I could’ve covered up until the process was done, but NO. Ladies need to see and hear the truth. I decided to use my platform to help

— K. Michelle (@kmichelle) February 24, 2021

She further said: “What u saw in the video was a happy woman with a faja and my extra fat! I’ve been very open so I can heal ladies. I didn’t have to tell anybody and I could’ve covered up until the process was done, but NO. Ladies need to see and hear the truth. I decided to use my platform to help.”

K. Michelle noted she still had one surgery left to do next week, which will hopefully remove the extra skin. She also revealed that she was the executive producer and host of a new show on Lifetime that will primarily focus on silicone removal and botched surgeries.

Sadly, she has had a history of targeting others and body shaming them, so the backlash she is now facing is seen by some as payback as many are not sympathetic to her situation.

I havent bothered anyone Ive been out of the way so What I dont understand is what was the purpose or what was so entertaining about a woman FINALLY bein able 2walk again with EXTRA fat from the removal.I saw the comments and of course it was Black women filled with so much hate

— K. Michelle (@kmichelle) February 24, 2021

I got on live yesterday and didn’t care that I wasn’t perfect, I knew I had excessive fat left over but I said FUCK it i’m not going to hide nothing in my house. I don’t think people truly understand i’m just happy to be alive. I’ve come so far with this and i’m proud of myself

— K. Michelle (@kmichelle) February 24, 2021

As far as my surgeries I have one left (I hope) but this skin removal is next week. So i’m focused on that. The surgeries drain me. I’m gearing up to be in the right head space. So if u saw where I was and where i’m at now you wouldn’t hate so hard

— K. Michelle (@kmichelle) February 24, 2021

Oh fun fact in the video and still right now I have snitches in me and a open wound that we have 2care 4 every morning. I’m working EVERYDAY with full on stitches down my back but I don’t complain, I fight through the pain and still work to provide for my whole family.

— K. Michelle (@kmichelle) February 24, 2021

I am the executive producer and host of a new show on Lifetime Networks shooting THIS MONTH that only focuses on silicone removal and botched surgeries.I had to do something 2save some people’s life. So get ready to tune in and see MY surgery ups and downs and others

Travis Scott Touts A New Sound Coming On “Utopia” Album

Travis Scott says his new album is coming soon and he wants to make a “new f***ing sound.”

Fans have been sweating Travis Scott for a new album for quite some time now. As we near the three-year anniversary of his last album Astroworld, the rapper is revealing what to expect from his next project. In a new interview with Spy Kids director Robert Rodriguez for i-D magazine, Travis said he has a whole lot in store for his impending album Utopia.

“There’s so much more ground I can cover, and I want to cover it, and I love the challenge of it,” Travis Scott explained. “I want to make a f***ing new sound. I might spend days banging my head against a wall trying to figure it out, but once I do it, it’s like ultimate ecstasy.”

He continued, “I’m working with some new people and I’m just trying to expand the sound. I’ve been making beats again, rapping on my own beats, just putting everything together and trying to grow it really. That’s been one of the most fun things about working on this album. I’m evolving, collaborating with new people, delivering a whole new sound, a whole new range.”

The rapper reportedly brought a production team to the desert south of the Mexican border for a shoot. His vision for the project apparently includes cactuses and lots of them. Scott who owns his own brand Cactus Jack popped up on fans at his pop-up shop in Los Angeles on Tuesday (Feb. 22). He explained his vision for the project in his interview for i-D magazine.

“I’m always seeing images of cactuses, and I always had different visions for the actual image of a cactus,” said Scott on what drew him to Mexico. “So people used to always send me things with an actual cactus on it and I’ll be like, ‘Oh man’. I used to always alter it because I used to be like, ‘Yo, I went out there in the mountain of cactuses. How we have normal trees, there were cactuses, man. A whole army of cactuses.”

While Travis Scott did not reveal the release date for Utopia, he told fans, “Coming soon. You can bet that.”

Are you looking forward to Travis Scott’s new sound?

6ix9ine Blames Music & Instagram Hiatus On His Health, Says He Lost 60 Pounds

6ix9ine attributes his health to the reason why he took a hiatus from music and social media.

The rainbow-haired rapper shared some images of himself from six months ago, telling fans that he gained an alarming amount of weight and was at the heaviest he’s ever been in his life. Tekashi 6ix9ine revealed that he had to hit the pause button and pay more attention to his health. You can recall that 69 was missing from Instagram, his playground, for several months, and the only few times he was spotted were on moments he was out jogging with his bodyguards and personal trainer.

6ix9ine was hospitalized in Florida in October last year. Urban Islandz reported that he overdosed on Hydroxycut weight loss pills and caffeine. Now he’s revealing that at his heaviest, he weighed in at 204 pounds and has since shed around 60 pounds since then.

“I told myself to put the music to the side and focus on myself and here I am today 60 pounds lighter at 140,” 69 wrote on Instagram. He later encourages his fans to take care of their health amid the chaos happening around them. Weight gain is one of the side effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, with fewer people going to the gym and more people working from home.

Tekashi 6ix9ine is now slimmer and still controversial. After laying out his reason for going dark on social media, he also threw in a jab at his rivals by calling himself the King of New York.

Aside from sharing his weight loss journey, Tekashi69 is also dealing with some legal problems with one of his biggest enemies, Meek Mill. 69 includes footage of Meek Mill in his new video, “ZAZA,” and Meek fired off a cease and desist letter through his lawyers. Of course, 69 called him out for it, but the Philly rapper isn’t backing off this one, and now the music video is off YouTube.

Popcaan Reacts To Ghanaian Dancehall Stars Shatta Wale & Samini Beefing: Chubble

Popcaan had the most hilarious reaction to Shatta Wale and Samini beefing on Twitter.

Two of Ghana’s top dancehall acts, Shatta Wale and Samini, recently drew a response from Popcaan after trading insults on Twitter. These two artists have been beefing for a while now, with their most recent argument spawning from a tweet made by Sami. He tweeted: “The living fool measures the success of a man by the size of a swimming pool. living proof of the fact that depths of minds differ. A beneficiary always feels wisest until the benefactor becomes woke. Remember I did it all by myself without a “Nam1,” and no one is my Don.”

His reference to Nam1 was a direct hit at Shatta Wale, who was signed by the Zylofan Media CEO in 2018. In response to his post, Shatta Wale Tweeted: “You do song about girls and i do song about money ,nooorr you bore deh dis somebodys fada NAM1 .. I start buying houses before I met NAM1 ,you start buying credit as mtn sign you ..That was your f@#ken property ma#f@ka.”

Both artists continued to hurl insults at each other until it caught the eyes of “Unruly Boss” Popcaan, who decided to weigh in on the situation. Making light of the banter between both artists, he tweeted, “My entertainment is from ghana this morning SM VS HIGHGRADE?? Chubble.”

Samini, who collaborated with Popcaan on the track “Violate” in 2014, stated he would be heading to the studio to craft a track surrounding the recent resurrection of the beef between himself and Wale. Shatta commented below Popcaan’s tweet to let it be known that he too will also be preparing a vicious lyrical attack.

Wale, who has professed his love and admiration for Vybz Kartel’s Gaza, also apologized for “disturbing” Popcaan’s morning.

“Jamaica is even awake with these disturbances, sorry Unruly Boss for disturbing you this morning.. We apologize for disturbing your sleep my king we are entering the studio now mi boss,” he wrote.

Both Samini and Shatta Wale have been doing well in their native Ghana, and we can’t wait to hear the tracks they will be releasing on Friday if both keep true to their promise.

Drake And Drakeo The Ruler’s “Talk To Me” Heads For Big Chart Debut

Drake has a new track coming with Drakeo the Ruler that’s heading for a big chart debut.

After being released from jail in November of last year, L.A. rapper Drakeo the Ruler is coming out with a new project. During a new interview with Zane Lowe from Apple Music, Drakeo revealed that the upcoming project titled Truth Hurts will feature Billboard giant Drake, Don Toliver, and more. The L.A. rapper explained how the collaboration came to be, telling the interviewer that he went the contemporary way and slid in Drake’s DMs.

“I got out of jail and my engineer was like, ‘Why you don’t follow Drake?’ I’m like, ‘He don’t follow me, bro.’ Then I looked, and I’m like, ‘Oh yeah.’ So I hit him up, I’m like, ‘Let’s do something.’ And then he’s like, ‘What’s your number? I got this song I did for you.’ And then it kind of clicked in my head what they was talking about before,” he explained.

While he admits that he wasn’t too sure about the song at first, he adapted because it is Drizzy after all. “At first, I was like, ‘That’s kind of different, but I’m like, nah. This Drake. I’m finna do whatever,’” The Ruler explained. “But at first, I’m like I don’t usually really do something like that. But then when I got on it, I’m like, ‘Oh yeah, this hard.’ I’m just like “Drake bro!’ Like all right.” The track titled “Talk To Me” will appear on Truth Hurts, which is slated to arrive on Wednesday (Feb. 24).

Drakeo The Ruler was arrested in 2017 and spent three years in jail on gang conspiracy and shooting charges. Prosecutors alleged that his band of musicians was actually a violent gang, and he was their leader. In July 2019, he was found not guilty for murder and attempted murder, but though he was acquitted, he was not discharged from custody.

Then last November, the rapper struck a plea deal and was finally released from jail. He told Zane Lowe that a lot of people didn’t care to see him win or even free. “Three years being in jail, fighting the death penalty. It’s a lot of people that was just like didn’t want this to happen,” said Drakeo.

“And it hurts. I mean, I got Drake on there, Don Toliver….People never thought. They thought I was going to be doing the same thing and just not progressing with my music, all type of stuff. So this is really going to hurt them. For people that don’t necessarily share the same interests as me.” Amid the interview revealing that he has teamed up with Drake, Drakeo The Ruler began trending on social media.

The rapper pled guilty to shooting from a motor vehicle while the charge accusing his band of being a gang was dropped. Truth Hurts, Drakeo’s impending album follows We Know The Truthwhich was the first album he dropped after his release in November. He also recorded and released the album Thank You For Using GTL when he was in jail.

As with every song that has Drake’s vocals, fans are already predicting a big chart debut.

Lil Durk Claps Back At Yaya Mayweather For Snubbing His Song With Pooh Shiesty

Lil Durk is clapping back at Yaya Mayweather for calling his song with Pooh Shiesty, “Weak.”

Yaya Mayweather seems to always have some controversy surrounding her. The latest viral incident involving Iyanna came after she made comments about rappers Lil Durk and Pooh Shiesty. A video of her reacting to the song “Back In Blood,” done by both men, was shared to The Shade Room. In the clip, Yaya can be heard yelling at the DJ to “turn off the weak-a_s song.”

The new mom has not shared just why she blasted the track. Her supporters have deduced that it has much to do with tensions brewing between Youngboy’s crew and that of Durk. In November of last year, King Von was killed by an associate of Quando Rondo, who is currently linked to NBA Youngboy’s label. A few weeks after that shooting, Youngboy’s older brother and another male were peppered with bullets and left at a gas station in Baton Rouge. The “Bandit” rapper’s brother survived the attack. NBA Youngboy has not spoken out about the hit against his brother, neither has he confirmed any ongoing beef.

Yaya Mayweather wasn’t feeling Pooh Shiesty’s song ? pic.twitter.com/vfEbNdmTdw

— Saycheese TV ?? (@SaycheeseDGTL) February 23, 2021

Yaya has since faced backlash for her comment, with critics even speculating that her latest outburst may be as a result of her very public issues.

The young mother has garnered much attention online for various antics over the past few months. She was even in the news earlier this week for taking her 3-month-old to a yacht party.

Today Calboy tweeted, “We don’t turn off [Lil Durk] or [Pooh Shiesty] over here.” Durk saw the tweet and retweeted it as a show of support while subtly hitting back at Mayweather.

Lil Durk recently released his “Kanye Krazy” video and his album “The Voice,” which have both been generating quite a buzz. His “Back In Blood” track is also expected to be a hit as it’s already gaining traction.

Skillibeng & Lila Ike’s “Thy Will” Video Tackles Social Justice & Violence In Jamaica

Skillibeng and Lila Ike drops off the visual for their new collab, “Thy Will.”

Eastsyde lyrical juggernaut Skillibeng proved that he has a lot to say on the topic of systematic oppression when he hopped onto Lila Ike’s “Thy Will” remix. The official music video directed by Nickii Kane has now been released and should serve as an eye-opener for the detrimental state the world, and more specifically, Jamaica, is in right now.

The video opens with a major drug deal being carried out. It is soon realized that the drug kingpin is a passionate yet ruthless pastor of a local church. Kane leaves no stone unturned as she includes a series of violent news headlines as proof of the reign of terror, which is currently in effect. Included in the clip is the mention of the gruesome daylight murder of a bank manager as she sat in church. Thankfully, the alleged perpetrators in that incident have since been caught.

In the music video, the police also apprehend the phony pastor as both Skillibeng and Lila Ike watch from inside the church. Their call for justice and unity sees them part taking in protests similar to the Black Lives Matter initiative. Armed with a megaphone and powerful words such as “Break The System,” Lila, Skilli, and their loyal supporters take to the streets.

Show your support for the positive movement by checking out the video below. It’s currently holding the number 11 spot on the local Youtube trending list.

Both Skillibeng and Lila Ike are two of the freshest faces in reggae/dancehall creating waves locally and overseas. The two hitmakers had a great year last year despite the pandemic devastating the entertainment industry and are looking to recreate and build on their success this year.

Skillibeng, aka Mr. Universe, inked a new deal with Sony/ATV in December as he looks to further penetrates overseas markets like Europe and the United States.

Maverick City Music – Jubilee Lyrics

[Verse: Katie Torwalt]
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me
I’m anointed to bring hope
The promise fulfilled in a moment
We’re still watching it unfold
There’s good news for the captive
A proclamation for every soul
This liberty is for the broken
An invitation to be made whole

[Chorus: Katie Torwalt]
Listen for the free man singing, “He’s delivered me”
Look out for the woman shouting, “His garment made me clean”
Listen up, for the season’s changing
He’s rebuilding everything
Listen for the people shouting, “This is Jubilee, yeah”

[Interlude: Naomi Raine]
Can you hear it?
Oh
Oh, ooh
Mm

Maverick City Music – Ruins Lyrics

[Verse 1: Nate Moore]
I look around and all I see
Are burning buildings, barren trees
Hopelessness is starting to wreak havoc
Son of Man, I know You see
The deepest depth unknown to me
You have planted seeds among the ashes

[Chorus: Nate Moore]
You rebuild, You restore all that’s broken
From the ruins
You redeem, You return all that’s stolen
From Your children
That’s what You do

[Verse 2: Joe L Barnes]
So be still my anxious heart
All that’s gone is never lost
Emmanuel is here and He is faithful
So I won’t let my praises stop
I’ll sing it from these rubbled rocks
I know You are good and You are able, whoa

[Chorus: Nate Moore]
You rebuild, You restorе all that’s broken
From the ruins
You redeem, You rеturn all that’s stolen (From Your children)
From Your children
That’s what You do

[Bridge: Joe L Barnes & Nate Moore]
You raise beauty from ashes
Yeah, that’s what You do
You turn sorrow to gladness
Yeah, that’s what You do
I give glory and honor for all that You do
I will sing hallelujah for all that You do
You raise beauty from ashes (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
Yeah, that’s what You do
You turn sorrow to gladness (Yeah)
Yeah, that’s what You do
So I give glory and honor for all that You do
I will sing hallelujah for all that You do (You [?])
You raise beauty from ashes (That’s what You do)
Yeah, that’s what You do (You turn sorrow)
You turn sorrow to gladness (All my tears, all my pain)
Yeah, that’s what You do
So I give glory and honor for all that You do (For all that You do) (Yeah)
I will sing hallelujah for all that You do (Oh)

Ayy, grip it stay with it like I’m posed to
Rose grill, freezer, spreading coastal
Baby, fuck with me for your old dude
And I be flossing cause I’m new school

[Verse 1]

Youngest in my city but I get it like a old dude
And she wanna cuff but I can barely hold you
Say she want me but she just want my gold dude
Slide through the bros so you know they see the real me
We can get down cause my niggas still empty
I was trying to get it, we were selling out the humvee
And you start tweaking when you hit our fucking mud speak

Just trying to get rich like I’ve seen on the TV

Sweetbox – Blue Angel Lyrics

Mmm
This morning I woke up
On the wrong side of bed
Wearing yesterday’s make-up
I’m late for work again
Stuck in a traffic jam
I spilled my coffee all over my shirt
Where did it say don’t park
There’s 50 reasons why that’s gonna hurt

Can’t wait to get back home
So you can love and hold me tight
Tell me my favorite joke
So we can laugh all through the night
I don’t need nothing else
Cause I’ve got you tonight

[Chorus]
You’re my blue angel
Lift me up
Let’s fly away
You’re my blue angel
When I’m falling apart
You’re my light in the dark
You’re my angel, my angel

Mmm
Whenever I’m broken

In pieces on the floor
Somehow you open
The part of me that’s unsure
Even when I don’t ask you to
You’re always there, you’ve always put me first
You say that I’m beautiful
When I know that you’ve seen me at my worst

Don’t want to run away
I wanna stay here with you
With every breath I take
I wanna breathe in more of you

[Chorus]

Can’t wait to get back home
So you can love and hold me tight
And tell me my favorite joke
So we can laugh all through the night
And I don’t need nothing else
Cause I got you tonight

[Chorus]

Sacramentum – The Manifestation Lyrics

WAR! War of the ages, warwind, ironwind, deathwind.
Blood that flows so f*cking sweet, decapitation of
human minds.
Blood of the ages, bloodwind, plaguewind, faminewind.
For Satan’s glory we will fight.
Like a battlecry for victory, we’ll scream forth.
The manifestation for eternal war.
The manifestation for the blood of man.
The manifestation for supremacy.
The manifestation for massive death.

WAR! Hate of the ages, battlewind, furywind, painwind.
Killing winds of nuclear war. Toxic air breeds you all.
Death of the ages, blackwind, hatewind, killingwind.
Marching proud over bloodred ground.
A black millennium, death has come.

We’ll scream forth. The manifestation for eternal war.
The manifestation for the blood of man.
The manifestation for supremacy.
The manifestation for massive death.

Warheads of mass destruction.
Nuclear death, deformation.
Tanks of steel, death on wheels.
Ships of war to destroy you all.
The manifestation for eternal war.
The manifestation for the blood of man.
The manifestation for supremacy.
The manifestation for massive death.
Winds of steel, for death you’ll kneel.
State of war, to decline you all.
Warfare of degeneration.
Atomic bombs, laceration.

Cardi B Says She Plans To Tell Her Side Of Assault Story

Cardi B says she wants to tell her side of the story as soon as her New York assault case is over.

Cardi B was charged with assault back in 2019 stemming from an alleged fight at a Queen’s strip club. According to reports, she allegedly ordered attacks on two bartenders, Jade, Tekashi 6ix9ine’s current girlfriend, and Baddie G. The attack was allegedly triggered following accusations that Jade was sleeping with Offset. Both bartenders claim they got injured during the brawl when Cardi B’s entourage threw bottles and chairs.

For this incident, Cardi B was indicted on 14 charges, which included two counts of assault. She later rejected a plea deal. Since this incident and the following court appearance and charges, many individuals have had a lot to say, especially those who do not support the rapper. On Wednesday, Cardi tweeted, ” I can’t wait till sh*t is over so I can tell my part of sh*t. Motherf****rs really ran with the I send Nikkas to touch b**ches sh*t for too long.”

One user responded to her tweet writing, “NAH FR BECAUSE THEY BEEN LYING ON YOUR NAME FOR SO LONG CLEAR IT BAE.” Cardi B quickly jumped on the opportunity to double down on her previous statement, directly retweeting the fan and adding, “Super clear it ….with Receipts and all!”

The Bronx rapper was, of course, referring to the narrative that many have voiced over the years that she allegedly sent men to assault the strippers in the club as she believes Offset was cheating with her.

Offset and Cardi B got married secretly back in 2017 and shared a daughter named Kulture together. They have had a rocky relationship with the “WAP” rapper, even filing for divorce last year. She later had the case dismissed “without prejudice.” They later rekindled their romance to the disbelief of fans. Cardi B notoriously then went on Instagram and told her fans she was “crazy” and admitted Offset was her “best friend.” Cardi also infamously released an album, Invasion Of Privacy, which detailed Offset’s infidelities and her own threats as a response.

We will watch to see how this plays out!

Ray J Says He And Kanye West Can Be Friends Amid Kim Kardashian Divorce

Amid Kim Kardashian filing for divorce, Ray J says he and Kanye West should be friends.

Over the years, Ray J has been involved in some newsworthy shenanigans causing him to get constant shoutouts in music by hip-hop artists. On a new episode of Between The Lines with Genius, Love & Hip Hop star Ray J goes over some popular songs that reference him. The reality star ended up dissecting lyrics from the likes of City Girls, Eminem, Method Man, Kanye West, and more.

Explaining the references in his own words, Ray J said he appreciates every shoutout in every track whether it’s good or bad. “Even if it is a line that may feel like a diss, it ain’t dissing me. They just talking about the subject at hand. Look I did some crazy sh*t man,” he said. “I did some crazy stuff so motherf***rs remember that sh*t you know, they speak on it.”

Ray J says his namedrop in Eminem’s “Godzilla” is top tier calling it the “highest level” of mentions. “Man, you always wanna get an Eminem mention. I don’t know, that’s like the highest level of it. Somebody get Eminem on the phone. Let me say what’s up. Em, let me pull up, let me soak up some knowledge real quick. Let me come learn some sh*t or give me some goddamn publishing!” said Ray J.

The rapper-turned-reality star also analyzed Kanye’s lyrics in “Highlights” for the first time on Between The Lines. “I bet me and Ray J would be friends if we ain’t love the same b***h / Yeah he might have hit it first, only problem is I’m rich,” Kanye raps. Ray J seemed genuinely surprised and perhaps even mildly pleased after hearing the full lyric for the first time. “That’s what it say in the song? No it don’t!” he said in disbelief. “That was cool, that’s like he having a conversation. I didn’t know it said all of that. I thought it ended after the b-i-t-c-h line.”

He went on to praise Kanye’s works and extend an olive branch to the rapper who married his adult film co-star and former flame Kim Kardashian. “I mean, listen, Watch the Throne is one of the greatest albums of all time, hands down. And the concert, that was some of the craziest sh*t and one of the most simple creative masterpieces I’ve ever experienced,” said Ray J. “Maybe we might need to be friends now! Everybody need to just put all our sh*t behind. It’s 2021, it’s all love over here. Let’s bring the love together.”

Elsewhere in the video, Ray J announced that he has an anniversary album coming called Radiation X and invited the City Girls to guest star after hearing his mention on JT’s remix for “Said Sumn.” In the song, she raps “Who the f**k y’all h*es playin’ wit anyways? / City Girls make em wish like Ray J.” According to Ray J, “We need a City Girls Raycon collaboration. That’s what the f**k we need,” he said. “If City Girls making wish like Ray J then that’s Ray J wish.”

Do you think Ray J’s hope that he and Kanye can establish a friendship and his “wish” for a City Girls collab is viable?

Chance the Rapper Countersues Former Manager For Damage Reputation

Chance The Rapper has hit back with a lawsuit of his own aimed at his former manager Pat Corcoran for damages to the tune of $3 million, which he says were reimbursable expenses to promote his mixtape “Coloring Book.”

According to Chance’s countersuit filed in Cook County Court, he’s asking the court to dismiss Corcoran’s claim for breach of contract, and he wants the court to award him $3 million for breach of fiduciary duty, interference that led to the loss of opportunities and profit as well as breach of contract. Each counter-claim stands at $1 million damages, respectively.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Chance The Rapper, whose real name is Chancelor Johnathan Bennett, has disputed that he owes Corcoran any money in a statement. “Mr. Corcoran has been paid in full under his management services contract with Mr. Bennett. Yet he chose to file a groundless and insulting lawsuit that ignores his own improper self-dealing and incompetence. Mr. Bennett has moved to dismiss the majority of that meritless lawsuit, and filed his own lawsuit to remedy the harm that Mr. Corcoran caused through his breaches of duty. Mr. Bennett trusts the legal system to reveal the truth of the parties’ relationship in due course,” the statement from Chance reportedly reads.

Two months ago, his former manager Pat Corcoran filed a lawsuit for breach of contract, which speaks to the wide success of his third mixtape. However, according to the countersuit, Colouring Book’s success is not as a result of work done by Pat Corcoran but as a result of his growing fame and recognition from his second mixtape “Acid Rap,” which was recorded and marketed without Corcoran’s involvement.

Chance The Rapper said in his legal docs that there was an oral agreement after the success of the second mixtape but that Corcoran violated his position of trust “to convert Mr. Bennett’s opportunities for himself and to advance his own separate business interests,” which included him making requests for investments in his private wine business as well as even going so far as to add his name as a co-producer to a movie Chance was to write and produce.

Among the other alleged egregious actions by Corcoran are unscrupulous demands for kickbacks that include him demanding shares in LYFT in exchange for Chance taking part in its philanthropic campaign in 2018.

Chance also said one of his flopped because Corcoran did not competently perform his job as a manager and was negligent as he delegated his responsibilities, skipped media appearances, and did not write back regarding press inquiries.

Furthermore, the countersuit also said by Corcoran’s negligence, he failed to obtain required clearances, which exposes him to potential lawsuits, and that he also caused the rapper to suffer financial damage by failing to print his debut album on vinyl resulting in him having to process refunds that damaged his reputation and brand.

Lionel Richie Stunned Fans When They Learned Age of His New Girlfriend

Lionel Richie sent fans scattering this week after he shared a photo of his young girlfriend. Fans couldn’t help but talk about the age gap between the singer, who is 71, and his girlfriend Lisa Parigi, who is said to be 30.

The photo, which was initially shared to show his love and appreciation for Parigi for Valentine’s Day, started making the rounds on social media after fans caught wind of the age gap. The relationship between Parigi, who is a lifestyle blogger that also seems to have started a home décor company, ‘The Estate Collection,’ which has a range of items named after Richie’s brand, has been with the singer since 2014.

The photo was captioned “love is in the air…Happy Valentine’s Day from @lisaparigi_ and I.” it showed the two standing as they snuggled up next to each other.

Fans chimed in with their own views on the couple- “I mean yeah, but hes old enough to be her grandfather,” one person commented. “40 years age gap…as in she was 0 and he was 40 looooooool,” another said.

Tyga Steps Out On Date With New Girlfriend Camaryn Swanson

It’s official, Tyga has just introduced his new love interest to his fans.

On Monday, February 22, the rapper took to social media site Instagram where he posted photos of his new girlfriend, Camaryn Swanson, and his son King Cairo. King Cairo is the son he shares with Blac Chyna. The happy couple, along with Tyga’s 8-year-old son, posed for photos as they enjoyed their date at Walt Disney World in Florida. Although they have kept things on the low, from all indications, they have now officially confirmed they are together. Tyga has in the past been romantically linked to beauty mogul Kylie Jenner and Blac Chyna.

Both Camaryn and Tyga shared photos of the day out via their Instagram pages which could mean that they have both decided that things are now serious and exclusive. The pictures all show them cozying up to each other. In one of his posts on Instagram, the “Taste” rapper wrote, “tyga x camaryn, y’ll’s ship? (even if you didn’t wouldn’t make a difference).”

Last month there were reports that he gave her a watch for her birthday, and that sparked a frenzy online as many fans are quite interested in the women that are the objects of his affection. Much more now that he has moved on from Kylie and is seemingly dating women his own age.

Camaryn is a social media influencer and a fashion designer. She has a large following on Instagram and Tik Tok. She is also a principal in Meaning of Mine, a lifestyle and fashion company that she runs along with her sister Elle.

Tyga has kept a low profile over the years after his previous relationships played out in the public eye. Let’s just hope that they continue to keep things low-key in the best interest of their longevity.

Ray Price – It Should Be Easier Now Lyrics

Now that I’ve made up my mind you’re gone it should be easier now
Perhaps now my heart will stop hanging on it should be easier now
The lesson I’ve learned from you gold can’t buy
A heart can be broken and still survive
Thanks to you now a much wiser man am I and it should be easier now

The worst now is over I’ve stood the test it should be easier now

They say, everything happens for the best it should be easier now
The wounds in my heart you’ve carved deep and wide
Hollowed and washed with the tears I’ve cried
But now there’ll be more room for love inside so it should be easier now

Pooh Shiesty Says His Dream Collab Is With Cardi B

Pooh Shiesty wants to get in the studio with Cardi B.

Pooh Shiesty’s “Back In Blood” might have unintentionally held Cardi B’s “UP” from securing the top spot on iTunes, but that doesn’t mean there is any form of negativity between the two. Shiesty has even revealed that he would not mind hitting it off musically, with the female hitmaker. Not too long after signing a deal with Gucci Mane’s label, Shiesty released his debut project titled Shiesty Season. The mixtape hit the Billboard Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums at number 2 and peaked at number 4 on the Billboard 200 chart. This was amazing news for the Memphis-born talent, especially when compared to the legal issues the rapper has faced as a result of a recent shooting incident in Florida.

The rapper stopped by Gillie Da King’s Million Dollaz Worth Of Game, to discuss his career when he explained just what he wants to do next.

“I want a Cardi B feature, bad, really,” the rapper told Gillie and his co-host Wallo. “Cardi B need to — we need to do that.”

— Slime Lil Dude (@pooh_shiesty) February 22, 2021

Both hosts threw their support behind Shiesty by publicly calling on the “WAP” rapper and her husband Offset to give him the hookup.

“Cardi B! You already know who got next,” Gillie said. “Cardi B and a muthaf***ing Pooh Shiesty record would go stupid.”

A clip from the show was shared online which Shiesty retweeted while tagging Cardi. He also included a goat emoji just to show what level he believes the Invasion Of Privacy rapper is on.

Are you ready for a Pooh Shiesty Cardi B collab? One person who would give such a record a hard pass is Yaya Mayweather, the most recent baby mama of NBA Youngboy. A video of the boxer’s daughter calling for Shiesty’s track to be turned off has been making the rounds on social media. Her exact reason for hating the track was not shared, but many persons believe that it has a lot to do with a strained relationship between Shiesty and YoungBoy.

Dr. Dre Salutes Jay-Z’s Latest Business Deal With LVMH: “That’s Black Excellence”

Dr. Dre is congratulating Jay-Z for his LVMH partnership that has now increased the net worth of the rap mogul and pushes him further beyond billionaire status. The Brooklyn-born artist was named the first billionaire in Hip Hop by Forbes in 2019.

Dr. Dre, who also achieved billionaire status following his sale of the Beats by Dre brand to Apple, is the third richest rapper in the world as he too moves past music into the world of entrepreneurship. So it makes sense why he would be impressed by the recent announcement by Jay-Z that he sold 50% of his stake in Armand de Brignac to LVMH- the luxury company that holds investments in Rihanna’s Fenty House and other brands like Louis Vuitton, Kate Spade, and others.

The new deal will see a global distribution agreement through Moet Hennessy – raising the potential for Jay-Z’s company making significant ground on the wine and spirits industry globally.

Dr. Dre shared an image of himself with a bottle of Jay-Z’s Ace of Spade luxury champagne with the caption “Congratulations Jay Z. Dope AF That’s Black Excellence.” The friendship between the two has come a long way aside from their entrepreneurial ventures. Back in the day, the two came together for a few records such as “The Watcher 2,” “Lost Ones,” “Minority Report,” to name a few.

It also seems that Jay Z could be Dr. Dre’s upcoming album collaboration KXNG which has been more than a decade in the making.

The album, which started trending over the weekend for a verse that was leaked that referred to estranged wife Nicole Young as a “greedy bitch,” has renewed interest in the album but also sheds light on the bitter divorce proceedings underway.

Dr. Dre is expected to put up a fight with Young, who makes a claim on a significant portion of his money that might reduce his net worth by a good sum which stands to affect his billionaire status.

Uncle Slam – It Can Happen Lyrics

Something wicked whispers in your mind
Cold with fear you’re reeling
From the fright
Blackened figures lead you to the tomb
Apparition exit from the womb

Inside you see me
I see you inside of me

Frozen voices beckon from a
bottomless pit
Icy fingers clutching closing in

Twisted tortured creatures

Gods unholy preachers

See and feel the pain through
The eyes of the blind
Live and breath your fate forever
Frozen n time

Scratch and pick your soul away
Tomorrow’s lost in yesterday
There is no wrong there is no right
There is no dark there is no light
It can happen
